The performance of an organization depends not only on the good practice of a continuous improvement process internally, but also on the good management of its relations with its partners.

Since 1994 Dieppe has set up a commitment charter with its main subcontracting partners formed into an Association named La SPHERE.

For 10 years The SPHERE has made it possible to carry out shared actions such as pickup shuttles, benchmarking in Asia and Eastern Europe for tooling, returnable stocks, application of demand-driven components procurement, etc.

In 2009, ETRIA initiated the creation of the VIALOG Association, bringing together the know-how of about fifteen companies (integrators, mechanical or electronic subcontractors and logisticians) under a common commercial representation.

Very involved on its territory and in the Region Normandy, ETRIA Manufacturing France chairs LSN (Logistique Seine Normandie) and AEE (Association of companies in the business area EUROCHANNEL) on which it operates.
