Maintenance activity

Our maintenance workshop offers its services and know-how with regard to of troubleshooting and overall treatment of the manufacturer's warranty in After-Sales Service.

  • Team hours 2 x 7 hours from 6am to 8pm, Monday to Friday
  • Products:
    • Multifunction photocopiers of the TOSHIBA range,
    • Points of sale terminals all brands: printers, screens, scanners,
    • Laptops back to workshop or customer site troubleshooting
  • Clients : All TOSHIBA affiliates of the French network and authorized retailers, as well as BtoB customers who have subscribed a on-site troubleshooting guarantee at Day + 1

 

Activities

  • Traceability and product tracking via a dedicated customer website (www.ato-service.com)
  • Respect of WEEE, ROHS, and ESD requirements
  • Warranty of a qualified industrial process
  • Components and original parts approved by TOSHIBA or our customers
