Key processes
- Purchasing and procurement for all toner ingredients. 70% in Europe.
- Complete manufacturing of toner powder, from weighing and blending the ingredients to classifying the different powders.
- Plastic injection and cartridge assembly.
- Filling, using several highly adaptable and responsive automatic machines.
- Physical tests on samples from the production line, and functional tests on photocopiers

- Integrated engineering for design of production lines for powder manufacture and conditioning.
- New patented process to recycle used cartridges and bottles and re-use plastic materials.
- Optimisation of powder manufacturing procedures with the installation of on-line laser granulometers and monitoring of data collection.
Recycling Treatment Line for cartridges and bottles (LTR)
- European directives and national statutes define obligations for product recycling.
The LTR line allows us to process our products by separating out PS and PE plastics, residual toner, and other paper and metal components.
