The Quality Management
Our quality system has always been based on the personal implication of the people who work for TEIS.
Our Total Productivity (TP) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives are an integral part of all our manufacturing and service activities, and contribute to our TQM (Total Quality Management) policy.
We have gained ISO 9001 version 2000 certification since 2003 for all our activities, (ISO 9002 in 1994), ISO 14001 since 1997 and ISO OH SAS 18001 since 2008.
A team of internal quality auditors continuously surveys ways to optimize and improve our processes (40 programmed audits in 2007).
Since 2006, an in-house quality club has allowed us to energize our Quality Management System by organising benchmarking activities with other companies or by taking part in conferences (MFQ, AFAQ, quality clubs of Dieppe and Rouen Chambers of Industry).
The TOSHIBA TEC group’s « i cube » innovation strategy is being applied through projects employing 6 sigma methodology, devised and managed according to « balance scorecard (BSC) » procedures.
